Welcome to your own personal hell. Here at the rehabilitation centre, you have no friends. Everyone is fighting for the same thing; survival. If you get in their way, they'll knock you down quicker than you can blink. You think you can trust, you think you can still love, but you're wrong. No one is safe here, no one feels sorry for you. You weren't stuck inside of one of the worst mental institutions for no reason. You, like the rest of us, have problems. And once you step inside the doors, chances are, you're never getting out...

XX a most PROFOUND quiet;; is an intermediate roleplay set in a modern day institution. The institute started out strictly for mentally affected patients, but it has branched out to include those with severe temper problems, depression, self-harm issues, and intense drug or alcohol addiction. You can play either a patient character, a therapist character, or a security/guard character. The site is new, so all character types are currently being accepted.

They break you down. They get inside your head, find out everything about you, and then slowly start to pick you apart. You might have come here thinking you would get help for your problems, maybe see the light of day again. But in reality, this is just getting even worse.
